今天新装的wdcp在用官方的方法安装memcached的时候出错提示

1. checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
   
2. checking whether build environment is sane... yes
   
3. checking for a thread-safe mkdir -p... /bin/mkdir -p
   
4. checking for gawk... gawk
   
5. checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes
   
6. checking for gcc... no
   
7. checking for cc... no
   
8. checking for cl.exe... no
   
9. configure: error: in `/tmp/libevent-1.4.11-stable':
   
10. configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH
    
11. See `config.log' for more details.
    
12. make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.

应该是在安装libevent的过程中出错的，请问如何解决？
用的最新版wdcp_v2.5.r6
