[求助] mysql服务运行好好的无故会出现连接不上的问题

摘取以上错误日志，昨晚7点重启后恢复，凌晨3点就出现错误了，下午15点重启后又恢复正常。经常出现这个问题，需要手动重启才行。看不懂日志，求大神帮助。
