msyql 突然无法链接，现在通过命令行和控制面板都无法启动启动

大佬 网上说只能重装 是真的假的哦 。重装了 里面数据还能用吗？ 奇怪的是，wdcp的控制面板能进 难道wdcp的数据库不是用的mysql？ 不能沉下去呀
