wdcp安装DEDE安装不了出现403问题

安装DEDE出现403。

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /install/ on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


我的根目录下有public_html文件夹，在安装/install时出现以上问题，请求帮助解决。谢谢
