数据库不能启动， 这神马情况 ？

[root@300816 /]# service mysqld start
Starting MySQL. ERROR! Manager of pid-file quit without updating file.
[root@300816 /]# service mysqld restart
ERROR! MySQL manager or server PID file could not be found!
